Fe8BCSi-----New thermal spray wire
Introduction
A new product with high hardness iron based thermal spray wire---Fe8BCSi wire, which has higher wear resistance than FeCrBSi, but corrosion resistance is less than FeCrBSi. About FeCrBSi wire details you can visit our website, and Fe8BCSi characters as below:
Fe8BCSi is a cored wire for electric arc spraying. It produces coatings which are hard and dense, with high bond strength and low porosity, similar as the coatings of HVOF.
Application
Fe8BCSi is not recommended to be used in wet environments.
Fe8BCSi coatings have high hardness, high hot hardness, high density, and high bonding strength, Fe8BCSi is an excellent wear resistance property, especially erosion and abrasion resistance. Typical application is include boiler tube, industrial wind fan blades, pump, pulp, wire drawing pulley and plastic impellers.
Fe8BCSi is also great for “non-skid” coatings, since it has high as sprayed roughness, hardness and superior bonding strength.
Fe8BCSi has very good hot anti-erosion and abrasion performances.
