Our PTA engineer worked in Shanghai Stellite for more than 20 years, now we introduce our PTA machine for engine valve particularly as below:

Engine valve PTA machine including two machines: one is for tip valve head, another is for engine valve seat. For engine valve seat PTA machine, it including automatic type and semi-automatic type, semi-automatic means feeding valve should be finished by hand.

Welding parameter:

Workpiece valve seat diameter: 18-60mm

Workpiece rod diameter: 3.5-8mm  For bigger diameter, we need to design.

Workpiece length: 65-120mm

Cycle time: one valve seat is about 12 seconds per piece, one valve head is about 4.8 seconds per piece.
