PTA machine made a big breakthrough in the international market

Plasma Transferred Arc is called PTA for short. It uses the tungsten electrode of the welding torch as the negative and substrate workpiece as the current anode which will generate plasma as thermal energy, and transfer the thermal energy to substrate workpiece which to be welded, and feeds the welding powder material to the thermal energy region which will be deposited on the surface of the substrate after melting.

The PTA welding machine produced by our WISDOM company has achieved great success in the engine valve market, and WISDOM successfully entered the international market six months ago. As the largest valve manufacturer in India, RANE engine valve company ordered two fully automatic plasma equipments after visiting our company. In mid-March, our engineers succeeded in commissioning and adjustment equipment for the Hyderabad plant and achieved customer recognition and praise. During the past one month, the equipment has been operating stably in their plant, and RANE operators have grasped the basic operations, changed the specifications for welding, and solve basic malfunction problems. At the same time, RANE also compares our equipment with Hetigger from STELLITE and STARWELD equipments. The welding speed and welding layer quality are almost the same. However, the simple operation and convenient change of specifications are our biggest advantages. At the same time, our prices are more competitive.
