Inspection and Packing of PTA equipment for Indian market

After 5 months production and installation, the two PTA engine valve seat welding machines have been finished and ready for dispatch. Before delivery, Rane company made a comprehensive inspection. First Rane company sent around 2000 pieces engine valves including biggest and smallest sizes to us for welding. The welding testing including:

1.Exchange for different engine valve size.

2.Continuous automatic welding for 1hour.

3.Checking function of each parts based on manual work. Rane company added pre-heating for engine valve, in order to get better welding layer quality.

During the inspection, Rane provided some suggestion for English operation panel, to make smooth operation for their workers, the final step is that we helped Rane to split the machine parts, then when they receive the machine, installation can be finished by themselves.
