INTRODUCTION
420 stainless steel is 420 "cutting class" martensitic steel, similar to Brandt's first high-chromium stainless steel this. 420 has some wear and corrosion resistance, high hardness, its price is lower stainless steel ball in a class, suitable for stainless steel ordinary work environment requirements. 420 stainless steel is suitable for all kinds of precision machinery, bearings, electrical, equipment, apparatus, instruments, means of transport, and household appliances. Used for manufacture of resistance to atmospheric water vapor, water and oxidizing acid corrosion of components.

Production process
Spray process
Arc spraying is the use of electric arc burning in two consecutive fed between the wires to melt the metal, with a high velocity gas stream molten metal atomization, and the atomization of the sprayed metal particles so that they accelerate the work to form a coating technology .
Flame Spray

Application
Application of SS420 wire
After quenching SS420 characteristic hardness higher than 3Cr13 some good corrosion resistance. Uses for the cutting tool, nozzle, valve seats and other .1Cr17Ni2 characteristics are strong resistance to nitric acid and organic acid corrosion. Use as high hardness and high wear resistance of heat pumps, valves, valve bearings, medical equipment, springs and other parts.
