Pure Aluminum was divided into two kinds: one is the aluminum content of> 99.7% another is> 99.9%, although two different pure aluminum differ from just 0.02%  but for production process requirements are completely different so the price is different too.The price of Aluminum＞99.9% is much higher than the Aluminum ＞99.7% .Aluminum not only has the advantage such as resistant to corrosion, anti-wear and other prominent advantages, but also has high thermal conductivity and dispersion properties. Common specifications are 1.6mm, 2.0mm,3.17mm,4.76mm.

Arc Spray

Arc spraying is the use of electric arc burning in two consecutive fed between the wires to melt the metal, with a high velocity gas stream molten metal atomization, and the atomization of the sprayed metal particles so that they accelerate the work to form a coating technology .
