ERNiCu-7

ERNiCu-7 copper-nickel alloy base wire is used for GTAW, GMAW, and submerged-arc welding of monel alloy 400, 404 and k-500, also used for overlaying steel after first applying Layer of 610 nickel.

ERNiCu-7 can be used for dissimilar welding applications using various nickel-copper alloys to nickel200 and to copper-nickel alloys. Because of its good resistance to the corrosive effects of seawater and brackish waters, ERNiCu-7 is widely used in marine applications
