INTRODUCTION

Alloy B-2 collectively known as Hastelloy B-2

Hastelloy B-2 has the following features:

Control of iron and chromium in the minimum level to prevent the generation of β phase Ni4Mo

Reduction of environmental excellent corrosion resistance

Excellent resistance to medium concentrations of sulfuric acid and a number of non-oxidizing acid corrosion

Good resistance to chloride ions to stress corrosion cracking (SCC)

Excellent corrosion resistant ability of various organic acids

Production process

Spray process

Arc Spray

Arc spraying is the use of electric arc burning in two consecutive fed between the wires to melt the metal, with a high velocity gas stream molten metal atomization, and the atomization of the sprayed metal particles so that they accelerate the work to form a coating technology .

Flame Spray

The use of a flame as the heat source, the metal and non-heated to a molten state, forming a mist flow in the state of high-speed air jet to the substrate, the injection of the molten minute particles impact upon the substrate above, plastic deformation, into a sheet shape superimposed sedimentary layers.

Application

It has been widely used in chemical, petrochemical, energy production and pollution control areas, particularly in sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, acetic acid and other industries. When applied to specific areas, please consult the material supplier.
