About Our PTA Equipments In International Market
In the past 8 years, we have supplied more than 120 sets of PTA equipment in Chinese market, including engine valve seat PTA machines, engine valve tip head PTA machines, glass mold PTA machines, marine engine valve PTA machines, etc.
Since 2016, our company started promotion of PTA machines to international market. After continuous efforts, we finally opened the international market door of PTA machines.
Rane Engine Valve Ltd is the largest engine valve manufacturer in India with five plants in different cities, mainly for mid-high level customers such as Volkswagen, Audi and Volvo, etc. With the development of India, automobile production demand continues rising, the market demand for engine valves is getting more and more. Traditional TIG welding machines are unable to meet the market demand. PTA welding can not only to improve production efficiency, but also can save time and labor cost based on better quality.
After the first visiting us and checking our existing engine valve PTA machines, Rane’s vice president decided to purchase the first two automatic valve-seat PTA machines. After we finished the 1st set, Rane’s chief engineer come to check and inspection, and Rane sent valve samples(one is largest size, another is smallest) to do welding at site. We adjusted the parameters to try single and double layer welding, the picture is as following:
For valves after welding, Rane’s chief engineer took back and did full range of testing, including valve seat hardness testing, crystallographic texture of the surfacing layer, thickness of overlay welding, etc. We believe that after a detailed adjustment of the welding parameters, will achieve 100% satisfaction.
In Rane’s factories there are also Stellite and Hetigger equipments, through the same efficiency, our operation is more simple and efficient. But our price is much lower.
Also during Rane’s people visiting us, they gave some suggestions, and they had the will to improve the equipment more perfect and humanization in the future together with us. And also they will order again. And we will also do our best to improve and upgrade and meet customers’ requirements.
