About NiCrTi (equal to 45CT) wire and new Iron based core wire for boiler tubes

Recently, we cooperated with a customer from Europe, who is mainly doing projects of boiler tubes. We can cooperate with each other, not only because of our good quality and pretty competitive prices, but also we have highest service for this customer-we tried our best to supply the wires to this customer much earlier than delivery time, even there were holidays in China then. This customer trusted us and placed the orders to us.

This cooperation, not only means that we have one more customer, but also means that we make a great progress in the thermal spray service of boiler tube filed in Europe. And this is helpful for us to go ahead the thermal spray service of boiler tube filed in Europe.

Our customer mainly deals with thermal spray service of boiler tube, and this time he purchased NiCrTi (equal to 45CT) wire with size 1.6mm. The NiCrTi (equal to 45CT) wire is mainly used for anti-corrosion, anti-wearing and resistance high temperature of boiler tube. And it has high micro-hardness, good anti-impact and erosion resistance properties. It is a good anti-corrosion and high temperature resistance material. The following is comparison of NiCrTi (equal to 45CT), Ni70Cr30 and FeCrAl (equal to Alcro)  wires coating properties.

According to customer’s requirement, recently our company developed a new type of Fe-based powder cored wire for the boiler tubes. It combines the advantages of strong resistance to erosion, wear, corrosion and low cost. We are preparing samples to the customer for testing. Later we will write a new article about this wire.

This customer expressed their intention to become our regional agent in Europe. Now we have agents in Malaysia, Egypt, Iran, Brazil and also talking with potential agents in other countries and areas. We welcome customers to talk with us for agent strong business relationship.
